Please join the RFYP for a night in Ethiopia. Bring an empty stomach, notebook and pen to take notes as Chef and owner of Maraki Ethiopian Cuisine Etenesh Bartley brings us her African culture to CMC Glenwood Campus next Wednesday the 17th from 6-8pm.
Etenesh will prepare for us her No Tea-Tea which is a caffeine free tea made only with herbs and spices (no tea leaves).
Fresh warm baked Injara Gluten Free Bread, served with the main course of Doro tips (cubed chicken prepared in a spicy berbere Ethiopian spice), roasted beets, carrots and lentils in a tumeric sauce.
Dessert will be fresh Ethiopean flan.
Cost to attend is $15 for RFYP members or $25 for non members. It's open to anyone who wishes to attend so please pass this along to anyone that would be interested. It's in the CMC kitchen located on the first floor of the CMC Glenwood Campus.
