Join us in February at a local coffee roasting company to learn what makes a really good cup, try a tasting and learn about the industry and how coffee is roasted. Defiant is located on South Grand (the old highway) near Crossfit - 3421 South Grand Avenue. The meeting is from 6:00 - 7:00 and is free for members, $10 for non-members.
